How do I control who sees my personal data?

There are several ways. Firstly, it's not required to disclose which company you work for. You also don't need to go into detail about yourself — unless you want to, of course.

You can select the 'Make my age, gender and location private' option to prevent these details from being displayed to other users on your profile. This option can be found on both the 'Register' and 'Edit profile' (within 'My account') forms.

In the unlikely event that you're harassed by another user, report it to us with details of the abuse (for example, copies of any inappropriate messages received), and we'll take immediate action to suspend that user's account and investigate further.

When will I be emailed and texted?

If you've chosen to receive our newsletter, it'll be emailed to you once a month. You can unsubscribe at any time by selecting that option on the 'Edit profile' (within 'My account') form. We'll also email you when responding to an enquiry from you, fulfilling your order, or when you connect with your contacts.

You'll be texted only when you connect with your contacts.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. However, you must contact us (with your current email address and password) to request this, as you can't do it yourself using the 'Edit profile' (within 'My account') form.

How do I change my password?

Click on 'Edit profile' (within 'My account'). Enter your current password, then your new password twice.

Click on the 'Save' button.

Help, I've forgot my password!

Don't panic! Simply click on the question mark or 'Forgot password?' on the log-in form. Enter your email address, password hint question, password hint answer, then click on the 'Send' button. Your password will be reset and sent to your email address. You can then log-in and change your password to something more memorable by following the instructions above.
